THE STATE INSTITUTE OF STATISTICS HAS RELEASED
THE FOREIGN TRADE INDICES BASED ON 1994
MAY 1998.
In the five months of 1998 compared with the same period of the previous
year, export and import quantity indices increased 16.7% and 7.7%, respectively. In the same period,
export and import price indices decreased 5.8% and 3.9%, respectively.
