ACCORDING TO THE STATEMENT OF THE PRESIDENT OF SIS, RATE OF CAPACITY UTILIZATION THAT IS WEIGHTED BY PRODUCTION VALUE, DECREASED FROM 75.8 % IN JANUARY OF 1998 TO 71.3 % IN JANUARY OF 1999, FROM THE PRIMARILY PROVISIONAL RESULT OF 550 LARGE SCALE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRIAL ESTABLISHMENTS.
Comparison of the reasons for not working in full capacity to the same month of the previous year is summarized below;
A general evaluation has done in the written explanation on the view of establishments for the present situation in January of 1999, expectation and in February of 1999 about production, sales, prices and stocks.
