EXPLAINED THE RESULT OF  THE  MONTHLY  TENDENCY  SURVEY  WHICH  REFLECT  VIEW  OF THE ESTABLISHMENTS  IN  MANUFACTURING  INDUSTRY  ABOUT  PRODUCTION, SALES,  STOCKS  AND PRICES  FOR  THE  RELATION  IN  NOVEMBER OF 1999 AND EXPECTATION  IN  DECEMBER  OF  1999
                                                                    (Production  -  Sales  -  Prices)

         ACCORDING TO THE STATEMENT OF THE PRESIDENT OF SIS, RATE OF CAPACITY UTILIZATION THAT IS WEIGHTED BY PRODUCTION VALUE, DECREASED FROM  79.2 % IN NOVEMBER OF 1998 TO 71.0 % IN NOVEMBER OF 1999, FROM THE PRIMARILY PROVISIONAL RESULT OF 618 LARGE SCALE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRIAL ESTABLISHMENTS.
           Comparison of the reasons for not working in full capacity to the same month of the previous year is summarized below;


         A  general  evaluation  has  done  in  the  written  explanation  on  the view of establishments for the present  situation  in  November  of  1999, expectation  in  December of 1999  about  production,    domestic sales, sale and raw material prices.

At the evaluation;
       When the weighted average view of the establishments for November  of 1999 compare to the same month of the  previous  year, establishments  have  thought  that  their  production ,  domestic  sales, sale  prices   and  raw material prices increased.

      When the  weighted  average  expectation  of  the same establishments for December of  1999 compare to the same month of the previous year  establishments have thought that their production, domestic sales, sale prices  and  raw material  prices will increased.
Percentage distributions of establishments on production are;

While answer of  increasing was  28.9  % and decreasing was 49.2 % in November of 1998, in November of 1999  answer  of  increasing  is  49.9  %  and  decreasing  is  32.9  %
 
While  answer  of  increasing expectation was  40.5  % and decreasing expectation was 23.6 % in December of 1998, in December of  1999 answer of  increasing expectation  is  46.7 % and decreasing expectation is  23.0 %

Percentage distributions of establishments on domestic sales;

While answer of  increasing was 29.2 % and decreasing was 52.1 % in November of  1998, in November of 1999 answer  of  increasing  is  47.9  %  and  decreasing  is  34.3 %

While  answer  of  increasing  expectation  was 31.5 % and decreasing expectation was 33.8 % in December of  1998, in  December  of  1999 answer of  increasing  expectation is  45.1  % and decreasing expectation is  19.7 %

Percentage distributions of establishments on sale prices;

While answer of  increasing was 39.7 % and decreasing was 19.9 %  in November of 1998, in November of 1999 answer  of  increasing is  68.9  %  and  decreasing  is  2.8  %

While  answer  of  increasing  expectation   was  41.9  %, decreasing   expectation   was  7.7 %  in   December of  1998, in  December of  1999  answer  of  increasing  expectation  is  46.2  % and decreasing expectation  is  3.4  %

Percentage distributions of establishments on raw material prices;

While answer of increasing was 58.4 % and decreasing was 8.4 %  in November  of 1998, in November  of  1999, answer  of  increasing  is  68.0  %  and  decreasing  is  1.3  %

While  answer  of  increasing  expectation  was  52.0 %  and decreasing expectation was 1.7 % in December  of 1998, in  December  of  1999  answer  of  increasing  expectation  is  53.7 % and decreasing expectation is % 0.9
