THE RATE OF CAPACITY UTILISATION THAT IS WEIGHTED BY PRODUCTION VALUE, INCREASED FROM 77.2 % IN NOVEMBER OF 2002 TO 79.9 % IN NOVEMBER OF 2003, FROM THE PRIMARILY PROVISIONAL RESULTS OF 820 LARGE SCALE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRIAL ESTABLISHMENTS.
When the reasons of not working in full capacity for November of 2003 compared to the same month of the previous year, shortage of demands in domestic market increased from 59.4 % to 64.3 %, shortage of demands in foreign market increased from 12.2 % to 15.6 %.
A general evaluation has been made on the view of establishments for the present situation in November of 2003 and expectation in December of 2003 regarding production, domestic sales, sale and raw material prices.
When the weighted average view of the establishments for November of 2003 compared to the same month of the previous year, establishments have thought that their production increased and domestic sales decreased, sale prices and raw material prices increased.
When the weighted average expectation of the same establishments for December of 2003 compared to the same month of the previous year establishments have thought that their production and domestic sales will increase, sale prices will decrease and raw material prices will not change.
