Comparison of the reasons for not working in full capacity to the same month of the previous year is summarized
below;

    A general evaluation has done in the written explanation on the view of establishments for the present situation
in April of  2003, expectation in May of  2003 about production, domestic sales, sale and raw material prices.

At the evaluation;

   When the weighted average view of the establishments for April of  2003 compared  to the same month of the
previous  year, establishments  have  thought  that  their  production and domestic sales decreased, raw material
prices and sale prices decreased too.

        When the weighted average expectation of the same establishments for May of 2003 compared  to the same
month of the previous year  establishments have thought that their production  will increase and  domestic sales will
decrease, sale prices  and raw material  prices will decrease.

Percentage distributions of establishments on production are;
While answer of  increasing was  28.2  % and decreasing was 48.4  %  in April  of  2002,
in April of 2003  answer  of  increasing  is 25.4  %  and  decreasing  is  56.1 %.

While answer of increasing expectation was 46.8  % and decreasing expectation was 18.3 % in May of 2002,
in May  of 2003 answer of increasing expectation is 57.0  % and decreasing expectation is 14.4 %.

Percentage distributions of establishments on domestic sales;

While answer of  increasing was  36.5  % and decreasing was 41.8 %  in April  of  2002,
in April of 2003  answer  of  increasing  is 25.6  %  and  decreasing  is  55.6  %.

While answer of increasing expectation was 47.7 % and decreasing expectation was 14.5 % in May of 2002,
in May of 2003 answer of increasing expectation is 65.8 % and decreasing expectation is 7.3 %.

Percentage distributions of establishments on sale prices;

While answer of  increasing was 48.4  % and decreasing was 5.6 %  in April of  2002,
in April of 2003  answer  of  increasing  is 30.8  %  and  decreasing  is  36.1  %.

While answer of increasing expectation was 45.7 % and decreasing expectation was 2.3 % in May of 2002,
in May of 2003 answer of increasing expectation is 20.8 % and decreasing expectation is 17.9 %.

Percentage distributions of establishments on raw material prices;

While answer of  increasing was  41.3  % and decreasing was 15.1 %  in April of  2002,
in April of 2003  answer  of  increasing  is 27.6  %  and  decreasing  is  30.0  %.

While answer of increasing expectation was 42.0 % and decreasing expectation was 2.7  % in May of 2002,
in May of 2003 answer of increasing expectation is 41.2 % and decreasing expectation is 8.9 %.
