Comparison of the reasons for not working in full capacity to the same month of the previous year is summarized below;

         At the evaluation;

    When the  weighted  average  view  of  the establishments for  March of  2003  compared  to the same month of the   previous year,  establishments  have thought  that  their  production  and  domestic  sales  increased,  raw material prices decreased and sale prices increased.

    When the weighted average expectation of the same establishments for April of 2003 compared  to the same  month
of the previous year  establishments  have  thought that  their production  will decrease and  domestic sales will increase, sale prices  and raw material  prices will increase.

        Percentage distributions of establishments on production are;
     While answer of  increasing was  73,8  % and decreasing was 7,1  %  in March  of  2002,
in March of 2003  answer  of  increasing  is 78,6  %  and  decreasing  is  9,4 %.

    While answer of increasing expectation was 40,3  % and decreasing expectation was 23,7 % in April of 2002,
in April  of 2003 answer of increasing expectation is 28,3  % and decreasing expectation is 32,4 %.

        Percentage distributions of establishments on domestic sales;

    While answer of  increasing was  71,2  % and decreasing was 10,9 %  in March  of  2002,
in March of 2003  answer  of  increasing  is 76,8  %  and  decreasing  is  8,4  %.

    While answer of increasing expectation was 23,4 % and decreasing expectation was 39,2 % in April of 2002,
in April of 2003 answer of increasing expectation is 31,1 % and decreasing expectation is 36,5 %.

        Percentage distributions of establishments on sale prices;

    While answer of  increasing was 48,9  % and decreasing was 6,1 %  in March of  2002,
in March of 2003  answer  of  increasing  is 53,3  %  and  decreasing  is  3,6  %.

    While answer of increasing expectation was 38,1 % and decreasing expectation was 0,6 % in April of 2002,
in April of 2003 answer of increasing expectation is 48,2 % and decreasing expectation is 4,8 %.

        Percentage distributions of establishments on raw material prices;

    While answer of  increasing was  42,8  % and decreasing was 3,9 %  in March of  2002,
in March of 2003  answer  of  increasing  is 46,1  %  and  decreasing  is  15,0  %.

    While answer of increasing expectation was 31,4 % and decreasing expectation was 10,4  % in April of 2002,
in April of 2003 answer of increasing expectation is 39,9 % and decreasing expectation is 9,7 %.
