VALUE, INCREASED FROM 73.9 % IN
JULY OF 1999 TO 75.9 % IN JULY OF 2000, FROM THE PRIMARILY PROVISIONAL
RESULT OF
556 LARGE SCALE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRIAL ESTABLISHMENTS.
Comparison
of the reasons for not working in full capacity to the same month of the
previous year is
summarized below;
A general evaluation has done in the written explanation
on the view of establishments for the present
situation in July of 2000, expectation in
August of 2000 about production, domestic sales, sale and
raw material prices.
At the evaluation;
When the weighted average view
of the establishments for July of 2000 compare to the same
month
of the previous year, establishments have thought that
their production and domestic sales increased, sale
prices and raw material prices decreased.
When the weighted average expectation
of the same establishments for August of 2000 compare
to
the same month of the previous year establishments have thought
that their production will increase, and
domestic sales, sale prices and raw material prices will
decrease.
Percentage distributions of establishments on production are;
While answer of increasing was 32.1
% and decreasing was 51.7 % in July of 1999, in July of 2000
answer of increasing is 38.6 %
and decreasing is 44.7 %
While answer of increasing expectation was
47.9 % and decreasing expectation was 15.8 % in August
of 1999, in August of 2000 answer of increasing expectation
is 36.2 % and decreasing expectation is 12.0 %

While answer of increasing
was 28.6 % and decreasing was 53.4 % in July of 1999, in July
of 2000
answer of increasing is 24.7 %
and decreasing is 50.9 %
While answer of increasing expectation was 47.8 %
and decreasing expectation was 15.4 % in August of
1999, in August of 2000 answer of increasing expectation
