ACCORDING TO THE PROVISIONAL RESULTS OF QUARTERLY MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY TENDENCY SURVEY COMPILED FROM 1892 ESTABLISHMENTS, THE PRODUCTION WEIGHTED CAPACITY UTILIZATION HAS INCREASED TO 80.3 % IN THE THIRD QUARTER OF 1995. THE FIGURE WAS 72.8 % IN THE SAME QUARTER OF PREVIOUS YEAR.
The reasons for inability to full capacity utilization are:

64.0 % of the establishments stated an increased while the 21.4 % stated a decrease of production in the third quarter of 1995. The figures in the same quarter of the previous year were 62.8 %, and 23.1 %, respectively.
45.3 % of the establishments expect an increase, while 29.6 % expect a decrease in production in the fourth quarter of 1995. In the same quarter of 1194, the expectations were 52.8 %, and 18.4 %, respectively.
As for domestic sales,
68.1 % of the establishments stated an increased while the 19.3 % stated a decrease of production in the third quarter of 1995. The figures in the same quarter of the previous year were 68.5 %, and 18.5 %, respectively.
44.7 % of the establishments expect an increase, while 29.2 % expect a decrease in production in the fourth quarter of 1995. The expectations in previous year were 46.3 %, and 23.4 %, respectively.
