ACCORDING TO THE STATEMENT OF THE PRESIDENT OF SIS, RATE OF CAPACITY UTILIZATION THAT IS WEIGHTED BY PRODUCTION VALUE, INCREASED FROM 76.8 % IN THE FIRST QUARTER OF 1997 TO 77.5 % IN FIRST QUARTER OF 1998, FROM THE PRIMARILY PROVISIONAL RESULT OF 1890 LARGE SCALE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRIAL ESTABLISHMENTS.
Comparison of the reasons for not working in full capacity to the same quarter of the previous year is summarized below;

second quarter of 1997, in the same quarter of 1998, answer of increasing expectation is 69.1 % and
