i)
Consultancy Services: 22 experts from SIS visited the Statistical Office
of Turkmenistan for fact-finding mission and carrying out the consultancy
services on the subjects of Coordination of Project Activities, Agricultural
Statistics, Industrial Statistics, National Accounts and Labor Force Statistics.

ii)
Courses, Workshops, Training Programs: 30 experts from the related statistical
office participated in the courses, workshops, seminars and on-the-job
training programs organized at SIS on the subjects of National Accounts,
Agricultural Statistics, Industrial Statistics, Sampling Techniques, Labour
Force Statistics and Household Labour Force Survey,Hidden Economy and
Gender Statistics.

Printing Publication: The publication named "Population Census of Turkmenistan,1995"
was printed in SIS.

iv)
Equipment Support: 8 PC, 8 Matrix Printers, 7 Fax-Modems, 100 Card Printers
and 1600 diskettes were purchased and donated to the Statistical Office
of Turkmenistan by TICA in 1996.
